Serious about results.
Live data in 4 weeks.
A structured, paid discovery engagement for manufacturers committed to operational transformation. We agree the outcomes. We deliver them. You decide on full rollout.
Built for manufacturers who are ready to act.
The pilot is a professional engagement, not a sales demo. We invest significant time and technical resources. We expect the same seriousness from the operations team we work with.
Manufacturing operations
You run a production plant with machines and shifts. This is built for operational teams, not IT departments.
Leadership commitment
Your plant head or operations director is actively involved. Pilots succeed when decisions happen at the right level.
Real problem to solve
You have a specific operational challenge — OEE loss, unplanned downtime, energy cost, quality variance — that we can target.
Rollout intent
You are evaluating for a broader deployment, not testing for curiosity. The pilot is the beginning of a working relationship.
What happens each week.
Every step is defined and agreed before the pilot begins. No ambiguity — you know exactly what you are getting and when.
We understand your operation.
- ·Structured assessment session with your plant head or operations leadership
- ·We map your machine types, communication protocols, and top operational gaps
- ·Agreed scope: which assets, which KPIs, which outcomes we are both committing to
- ·Pilot agreement signed — scope, timeline, and success criteria documented
Hardware in. Machines talking.
- ·Gateway device deployed at your plant — no machine modifications required
- ·Edge connectors configured for your machine protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, serial, or custom)
- ·Data stream validated: every sensor reading confirmed live
- ·Local buffering enabled — no data loss if internet drops
Your dashboard. Your KPIs.
- ·OEE calculation calibrated to your production schedule and product mix
- ·AI models trained on your machine's baseline operating patterns
- ·Downtime categories mapped to your terminology and reporting structure
- ·Alerts configured — your team decides what warrants escalation
- ·Operations team trained: operators, supervisors, plant manager
Results against commitments.
- ·Shift-end intelligence reports reviewed with your leadership team
- ·First AI anomaly or predictive maintenance signal documented and explained
- ·Energy baseline established — savings opportunity quantified against your bills
- ·Pilot review: actual results measured against the success criteria we agreed on Day 1
- ·Full-scale rollout roadmap presented — scope, phasing, commercial terms
What you walk away with.
At the end of Week 4, these are in your hands — regardless of what the rollout decision is.
Live OEE Dashboard
Real-time availability, performance, and quality for every asset in scope.
Documented AI Signal
One confirmed anomaly or predictive alert — validated in your environment, not a demo.
Energy Baseline Report
Your actual consumption profile, peak waste periods, and a quantified savings range.
Shift Intelligence Reports
Automated end-of-shift summaries formatted for your supervisors and leadership.
ROI Projection
Built from your real operational data — not industry averages or vendor projections.
Full Rollout Roadmap
Which modules, which assets, which timeline, and the commercial structure for scale.
Full rollout only on proven results.
We will not propose a full-scale rollout until the pilot has delivered against the success criteria agreed on Day 1. The Week 4 review is an honest assessment — gaps are acknowledged, not hidden. If the results are strong, the rollout proposal follows immediately.
Expand assets
Roll out to more machines, lines, or plants. Subscription pricing scales with asset count — no per-user fees.
Add AI modules
Layer predictive maintenance, quality prediction, or energy forecasting on top of your existing live data.
Multi-plant rollout
Standardise reporting and benchmarking across all your facilities under a single enterprise agreement.
Common questions.
Is there a cost for the pilot?
Yes. The Tusk Digital pilot is a paid professional engagement. The pilot fee covers hardware deployment, configuration, training, and the full 4-week programme. It signals mutual commitment — from us and from you. Exact commercial terms are discussed during the qualification call.
Do I need to modify my machines?
No. We connect via your machine's existing communication ports or attach external sensors. Your machines continue operating exactly as they do today.
What if my machines are legacy or 15–20 years old?
Most of our deployments are on legacy equipment. If it produces a signal — electrical, vibration, temperature, run/stop status — we can read it. Custom connectors are built as needed.
How many machines are in scope for a pilot?
Typically 5–10 assets — enough to generate meaningful AI signals and a credible OEE baseline. The exact scope is agreed during Discovery.
What if results don't meet the agreed targets?
We agree success criteria before the pilot begins. If we fall short, that conversation happens openly in the Week 4 review. Our goal is a long-term relationship — we will not propose a full rollout until the pilot has delivered what we promised.
What happens after the pilot?
You receive the full pilot review report and rollout proposal. Your team decides on scope, phasing, and commercial structure. There is no automatic renewal — the rollout is a new agreement, negotiated on the strength of pilot results.
